As a second generation fish farmer, I am proud of our products and our commitment to the local communities where we live and work.  My brother and I have grown up ocean farming and now have children of our own - we want to be proud of the products that we put on our table and want you to feel the same.  Today it is difficult to know what to offer your family, we encourage consumers to learn more about our products, our practices and our family farm to discern the truth from the fiction.  One of the best ways to learn is to send us any questions you may have or better yet, come for a visit and hold a market fish as I have here - we love giving the tour!
